2014 R12-15 Flopalot Finds Fiercesome Form

Rounds 12 to 15 sees Flopalot come to the fore with some fiercesome form especially in R14 picking the Giants and the Suns for upsets in the same round, getting the full card, pocketing the dosh and the whopper to boot.  Rod Carter also won some jackpot money which may go towards a long awaited and much needed operation to fix his neck. The standard ladder which is the true indicator of form is spread out a treat at the top with Flopalot extending his lead to be 3 points clear of zenben with another 3 points back to Arnold Layne, stanleymarsh and Anthony Aiello (aka @the_tony) tied for 3rd, with Amy Jones a point back in 6th. However with 9 games to pick there's lots of room for movement.

Stanleymarsh leads the "Sam Griggs" Joker Ladder but has used his arsenal of 5 jokers and has only an 8 point buffer over Flopalot who has 3 jokers in reserve and could flop one out on the table at any moment. Stanley will need some full card picks to get the chocolates. @the_tony and early pacesetter zenben still look well in it with a joker up their respective sleeves ready to be pulled out when least expected, in fact zenben still has two.

As mentioned The Tilt Rod Carter got the jackpot and was the first tipster to combine it with the full card and snavel a useful 23 points.  The Flop matched this 2 rounds later and the full card picks are proving to be vital in climbing the ladder. These full card picks continue during the final series where they'll be easy to get and a miss will be disastrous, so the Uglybustards Tipping Title for 2014 could be in doubt til the last few seconds of a cliffhanger GF with 6 points to 1 up for grabs.

Arnold Layne has been maintaining a healthy 3 goal lead in the margin ladder but its nip 'n' 'ckn tuck for the minor placings with David Feck'em, Mik Barley, PETELEWIS and Flopalot within 3 points of each other.

In the Trivia comp that dirty rotten cheaing muddafkkr the Muddafkkr has moved to 172/200, gonadbreath spleeterville has powered into 2nd on 160/200, leaving yours truly Uglybustard in their wake floundering on 138/170. The Woof Val Perovic is applying some presha and has moved up to 130/190 just 8 points off 3rd.
